Some itineraries skip a night in Makkah on the way up. Some finish in Jeddah and go straight to Madinah. Others land at King Abdulaziz and decide the first hotel is in Madinah, with Makkah saved for the way back. All of those are a private-car job, and none of them are a quick hop. The drive commonly takes four and a half to five and a half hours, with one stop. Book it like that.

If you start at the airport, baggage and immigration happen before the highway clock starts. Landing at 11:00 does not put you on the road at 11:10. If you start at a Jeddah hotel, give the hotel name and a lobby time you can actually make. “After breakfast” is not a time.

The Madinah end, and the flight people attach too tightly

The drop is the hotel name, same as every other arrival into the central area. If you are going to Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport instead of a hotel, write the airport and the flight time. Leave margin after a long road. We usually tell people not to hang an international departure on the back of this drive unless the flight is in the evening and the car leaves Jeddah early. We would rather say that on the booking than meet you at a counter that has already closed.

Do not put a full family in a sedan for this. Staria or Suburban. Starex or HiAce for a group. The gap in the quote is smaller than the regret at hour four. If you want the seat counts in one place, they are on the family van page.

Makkah as a stop is a different sentence

Say whether you are leaving bags for a night or only pausing. A night in Makkah is two dates, or one note that reads like two dates, so nobody is guessing the lobby. If your first night is actually Makkah, you do not want this page — you want Jeddah Airport to Makkah, and then Makkah to Madinah on checkout day. People mix those up on the form, and the car waits at the wrong building.

Can we leave Jeddah after Isha and arrive in Madinah at night?

Yes. Tell us the lobby time or the flight, and the Madinah hotel. A night arrival is normal. An unnamed hotel at night is not.
