Umrah Ziyarat transport in Makkah and Madinah
Ziyarat is not a loop you squeeze between two prayers if the car is wrong. In Makkah, people ask for Jabal al-Nour, Jabal Thawr, and the sites that sit outside the hotel district. In Madinah, the morning is usually Uhud, Quba, and Qiblatain, sometimes all of them before the heat. The driving is short next to the intercity road. The timing is the hard part, because you are moving around prayer and around a group that does not all walk at the same speed.
Tell us the city, the sites, and how many of you are actually coming. Not how many are listed on the hotel room. A grandfather who needs the door close to the entrance changes the vehicle. Staria or Suburban for a family. Starex or HiAce when the group is larger. A sedan is for two or three people who already know they want a short, quiet visit — not a full morning with bags and an older parent.
Language, and who is guiding
We coordinate in English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, and Indonesian. Write the language in the note. If you already have a guide and you only need the car, say that. We will not lay a second explanation over someone you hired. If you want us to handle the morning, say that too, plainly.
A practical Madinah morning often starts after Fajr and is done before Dhuhr. A Makkah ziyarat that includes the mountains needs an earlier start, and shoes you can walk in. We are the car. We are not the climb. The meeting point should be the hotel lobby, with the hotel name — the same rule as the airport-to-hotel drop.
Attach it to the long ride, or book it alone
If ziyarat sits next to a Jeddah arrival or a Makkah–Madinah transfer, put both in the note so the same size vehicle is there the next morning. People land, complete Umrah, and only then remember they wanted Uhud. A booking the night before still works — the desk is 24 hours — but the larger vans are the ones that go first on busy weeks.
So the morning actually happens
How many sites fit before Dhuhr?
In Madinah, Uhud, Quba, and Qiblatain are a normal morning if you start after Fajr and nobody needs a long stop at each. If someone in the group walks slowly, do two sites properly rather than three badly. Tell us which.
Is Jabal al-Nour a car trip only?
The car gets you there. The steps are yours. Say if anyone in the group will stay with the vehicle, so we are not planning a headcount that changes at the bottom.
Can women-only groups book?
Yes. Send the headcount and the hotel. We confirm the car the same way we confirm any other private booking.
