How to book a private driver in Saudi Arabia

You do not need an account, and you do not pay on the website. The form asks for the things a dispatcher actually uses: service type, pickup, drop-off, date, time, how many passengers, your name, nationality, passport or ID number, phone, and email. There is a note. That note is where the flight, the hotel gate, and the luggage belong. Without it, we can still call you. With it, we can send the right car the first time.

After you submit, the request sits on our desk, you get an email, and we confirm by phone, WhatsApp, or email. The fare is agreed then. If you leave the WhatsApp box ticked, a chat opens with the summary already written, which is the fastest way to fix a hotel name before the day. Nothing is charged online.

Which service to pick

• Airports and transfers — any Saudi airport to a hotel, or the hotel back to the flight. King Khalid, King Abdulaziz, Madinah, King Fahd.

Why a booking comes back with a question

The pickup says “airport” and not which one. The time is the flight’s departure instead of when you want the car at the hotel. The passenger count is the adults, and then two children appear who also need a seat. The phone has no WhatsApp. None of these are serious. They just cost a round of messages you could have skipped.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Their name should be the one the driver will call at the kerb, and your number can be the one that receives the confirmation. Write both in the note if they differ.

What if I only know the flight and not the hotel yet?

Send the flight. Add the hotel on WhatsApp when the voucher arrives. Do not let the car go out with a city and no door.

Is a midnight message too late?

No. If the flight is tonight, write tonight’s time, not “as soon as possible”. We can work with a clock. We cannot work with a mood.
