A business day in Riyadh is a sequence of buildings, not a single pin. Airport to the hotel the night before. Hotel to KAFD for 8:30. Another office after Dhuhr. Dinner in Olaya. A flight at an hour nobody enjoys. Booking each leg as a fresh surprise means four cars and four explanations of the same schedule. A chauffeur day means one driver who already knows the next door.
On the form, choose Business Trips. In the note, list the stops in order with the times you must be there, not the times you hope to leave the previous one. “KAFD, 8:30 arrival, building name” is useful. “Meetings all day” is not. If a meeting overruns, message the driver. We confirm the plan and the fare before the day starts, so the shape of the day is agreed while everyone is still calm.
The car should match the room you are walking into

An airport transfer is one pickup and one drop. A business day is the car staying with you. If you only need King Khalid to the hotel, book the transfer. If the hotel is just the first line of a list, book the day.
