Family van hire across Saudi Arabia

A family does not usually fail a trip at the hotel. They fail it at the boot. Four people, a stroller, and three large suitcases will not have a pleasant hour from Jeddah Airport to Makkah in a sedan, even if the sedan has four seatbelts. We ask for the headcount, and we ask what you are carrying. Then we send the van.

What is actually in the fleet

  • Hyundai Staria — 7 seats. The one most families of five or six want.
  • Chevrolet Suburban — up to 7. Same idea, a bit more presence: room for people and for bags.
  • Hyundai Starex — up to 11. Two families sharing, or one family that travels heavy.
  • Toyota HiAce — up to 12. Groups, a Ziyarat morning, and the long road when everyone is coming.

Sedans stay on the list for a reason. A couple with two cabin bags does not need a van, and we will say so rather than upsell a vehicle you will rattle around in.

Where the van earns it

King Khalid to a Riyadh hotel. Jeddah Airport to a Makkah hotel. The Makkah–Madinah road. A Ziyarat morning with grandparents. The long rides are where the extra row matters. Five hours with a suitcase between two children costs more than the difference in the fare, and it costs it slowly.

You do not owe us a biography. “Grandmother, needs the door close to the hotel entrance” is enough. So is “6 passengers, 5 large bags, 1 stroller” in the note. Set the passenger count to everyone who will sit in the car, including children. The form is the same one used for a Jeddah to Makkah car or a Makkah to Madinah car. The vehicle is the part we change.

If two families are splitting the cost, one person should still be the name on the booking, with one phone. Instructions from two WhatsApp chats are how pickups get missed. We confirm the fare before anyone travels. Nothing is paid online.

Sizing, plainly

We are four adults and two children. Staria or sedan?

Staria, unless you are travelling with cabin bags only and you have already done this road. Two children still need somewhere to put their feet for five hours.

Will a seven-seater take seven people and seven large suitcases?

No. Seats and boots are not the same number. If every person has a full suitcase, tell us. We will move you to the Starex or HiAce instead of letting you discover it at the airport.

Can we keep the same van for the whole Umrah?

Yes, if the dates are in one request: arrival, Ziyarat, the road to the other city, and the flight home. Each day still needs a time. “The whole week” is not a pickup time.
